About these terms

These terms apply when you book or use a service from Easy AI NZ ("we", "us", "our"). By booking an assessment or engaging us for other work, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not book.

Our services

Our entry service is the Business AI Assessment: a 45-minute call and a written report delivered within 48 hours of the call. The report sets out three ranked AI opportunities for your business, with realistic NZ cost estimates and a recommendation on where to start.

We also offer further services, including an AI Opportunity Roadmap (from $2,500 NZD), implementation work scoped per project, and ongoing support. These are agreed separately.

Payment

The Business AI Assessment is $99 NZD, payable at the time of booking. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. Prices for other services are agreed in writing before any work begins.

Booking, rescheduling, and cancellation

You can reschedule your assessment call by contacting us before the booked time. If you need to cancel, email [email protected]. If the call does not cover enough ground, we schedule a follow-up at no extra charge.

The report is guidance, not professional advice

Your report is prepared in good faith based on the information you provide and our assessment of it. It is general guidance to help you make decisions. It is not legal, financial, tax, or other professional advice. Cost estimates and expected returns are estimates, not guarantees. You are responsible for decisions you make based on the report, and we recommend you confirm anything material with a suitably qualified adviser.

Your responsibilities

To get a useful assessment, you agree to give us accurate information about your business and to complete the pre-call questionnaire before your call. The quality of the report depends in part on the accuracy of what you share.

Confidentiality

We treat the information you share with us as confidential and use it only to deliver your assessment and any services you engage us for. In return, the report and any materials we provide are prepared for your business and should not be shared publicly or resold without our agreement.

Intellectual property

You are free to use your report within your business, including sharing it with your team and any implementation partner you choose. We retain ownership of our methods, templates, and the general knowledge we use to prepare it.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim connected with a service is limited to the amount you paid us for that service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986 where they apply.

Governing law

These terms are governed by New Zealand law, and the New Zealand courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
