Who we are
Easy AI NZ ("we", "us", "our") is an AI consultancy that works with New Zealand businesses. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it.
If you have any question about your privacy or this policy, email us at [email protected].
What we collect
We only collect what we need to respond to you and deliver our service. That includes:
- → Contact details you give us: your name, email address, and the content of any message you send through our enquiry form.
- → Booking details: your name, email address, and the booking time when you book an assessment. Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card details.
- → Questionnaire responses: the information you provide about your business in the pre-call questionnaire completed after booking.
- → Assessment information: details about your operation that you share with us during the call or in follow-up, which we use to prepare your report.
How we use it
We use your information to reply to enquiries, schedule and run your assessment, prepare and deliver your report, take payment, and provide any follow-up you have asked for.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use it for advertising to third parties.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of trusted service providers to run the business. Information is shared with them only so they can perform their function:
- → Web3Forms, which delivers messages sent through our enquiry form.
- → Cal.com, which manages assessment bookings.
- → Stripe, which processes payments securely.
- → Cloudflare, which hosts this website and the pre-call questionnaire. Your questionnaire answers are stored by us on Cloudflare infrastructure, not with a third-party form provider.
- → Our email provider, which we use to correspond with you and deliver your report.
Each of these providers handles data under its own terms and security practices. We share only what is necessary.
Storage and security
We take reasonable steps to keep your information secure and to protect it from loss, misuse, or unauthorised access. We keep personal information only for as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law.
Your rights
Under the Privacy Act 2020 you have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to ask us to correct it, and to ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. To make a request, email [email protected] and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Cookies and analytics
This website uses only the cookies and scripts needed to load pages, display an interactive map on the home page, and load fonts. If we add analytics in future, we will update this policy to describe what is collected.
Complaints
If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your information, you can contact us first at [email protected]. You also have the right to complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner at privacy.org.nz.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
